I am so mad at self about finances. I had a big cushion to do work on house, but never got work scheduled and frittered away most of the cushion. It will now take funds from savings.

I gotta say, I am surprised by the number of people who ask if I got a flu shot and when I say yes ask if they think that is what made me sick. No, I don't think getting a flu shot in September (when we got them here at work, so they generally know the timing) made me sick two months later. Jeesh.
I am afraid to really look at my finances because I know they are in bad shape, but I really need to so I can take steps to fix it. Before January. Blood oath (not that I have gotten to the movies...)

According to my dr. The flu shots here do not contain a live virus so not possible to give anyone the flu. The mists contain a live virus.
Of course just heard coworkers arguing about this today in order to justify them not getting the shot. They do not believe science.
