And we don't even own a scale, so I'm just tracking my food and going by how those jeans fit.
I track my weight every day, and it makes me a little nuts. Going by how my jeans fit might be a better idea.
So, I think I hurt myself yesterday. Coloring in a coloring book.
When the crayons start breaking, that's a sign you're clenching up. Stay hydrated.
We own a scale, but it is in Max's bathroom not mine. I don't weight myself generally. When I do, it is no more than once a week. Rely more on dr visits for it.
I had to look up Take 5 - it has pretzels? That sounds amazing.
I KNOW!
Heh, we have a high of 70 today and I'm all, get out the sweaters!
Oh god -- we're in the 60s today (down from yesterday), and I'm mostly just angry I still have to shave my legs. It's NOVEMBER! It should be reliably tights and sweaters weather!
Yeah 14-16 apparently just sucks wrt parental relations.
Yup.
My weight is starting to creep back up at my post baby 30 lb weight loss. So I've started tracking my food and weight again.
Also I can't really comment on my weight gain while my mouth is full of candy. Next week?
Mustard! Also Skittles.
Skittles IN mustard!
Yecch.
I didn't say I was eating well while beginning tracking what I eat. There's still Halloween candy in the house, which I keep trying to get TCG to take to work.
Also I can't really comment on my weight gain while my mouth is full of candy.
I can actually eat leftover Halloween candy as long as it fits in my calorie range. Which isn't a revelation -- as long as you're mindful, you can eat most things in moderation, maybe not every day, but sometimes -- and yet it always manages to be a revelation every time I re-learn it. (IOW: fuck yeah, fun-size Snickers!)
ION, our landline has been out for a couple of days, and I am wasting this gorgeous 70-degree November day waiting for the Cinti Bell tech to show up (time frame: 12:30-4:30). I'm hoping it's soon, so the tech can fix it and then I can take a walk.
I really don't have a clue what my calorie range should be at the moment. So mostly I'm just tracking whatever I can shove into my mouth in between taking care of ltc to try to get a handle on what my calorie needs are at the moment. As of yesterday the only improvements I've made is to try to add more fruits and vegetables into the mix, try to eat more often, and trying to up my number of steps per day. I'm not really restricting anything yet. Mostly because illy super restrictive diet while I was pregnant still has me cranky. The main reason that I want TCG to take the candy away is because it is upsetting my stomach, which still isn't stopping me from eating it.
