Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I just read an article about a local entrepreneur which called him "a fan of water sports".

No falling line of dominoes? Come on finance team.

And !!!!, Sophia

In further adulting, I voted and dropped off my ballot.

Oh, I need to remember to mail in my ballot---it's in my bag, I just haven't remembered to put it in a postal box.

I slept wrong or something, and woke up with a huge neck/head pain that was driving me bonkers for hours. Thankfullly, after attempting a nap, heating pad, painkiller, caffeine, other painkiller, and rolling out with a tennis ball, something finally worked and I feel mostly human again. Managed to get my one overdue thing done, and am now doing some laundry.

I live on the edge of Denver. To the point where I have a non-Denver zip code and across the street from me is a different county. I wanted to drop my ballot off because I was too lazy to find a stamp. I went through the whole list of drop off places to discover that the third from the last is right around the corner from me.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yay, Clue costume!

Beeyonce won in the creative category, of course. Th performance put her over the top. The other winners are hard to describe, but they were good costumes. And both in my department, so local pride and all. We have little trick-or-treaters now. So cute.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

No halloween costumes for us. As cute as the little guy would be in costume, he's too young for trick-or-treat.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I have so many things for ltc to wear that I'm going to have to change her several times tomorrow. We were going to dress her up for a party tonight, but her tummy is upset. So, we're staying in.

Is Denver doing anything special with Blucifer to mark the occasion?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My favorite team costume this year was the department who wore t-shirts with numbers and letters on them, which, when they lined up, spelled out the internal SKU for The Exorcist.

We have two family themes this year. Aeryn is obsessed with dragons and so she has a dragon costume and I'm breaking out the Daenerys wig again. (At work today I wore the wig and my t-shirt that says "Khaleesi" on it. Tomorrow I have a blue dress and some stompy boots.) Dylan is going as Harry Potter and DH has a Voldemort robe and mask.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So cute!

I'm excited that my friend I met up with for the Mallory Ortberg thing was as eager to get home as I was.
