Uh-oh, -t. Did I tell you guys that one of the kids in my cousin's play yesterday puked after the opening number? Not onstage, but still -- she had to leave, leaving quite a hole in the small cast! The show went on, though.

I'm following through on my promise and calling my doctor for an appointment about my sinus/dizziness issues. Their on-hold music is SO BAD. It's like the peppy getting-stuff-done! instrumental music from a 1980s instructional film.
Supposedly there are still registered Democrats who say they will vote for Trump if their candidate doesn't get the nomination which goes way beyond cutting your nose off to spite your face.

We are doing the job of three and a half companies, so yes, we are sending 5 people to Paris and your other vendors are only sending 2.

You would think. Alas, they do not see it that way. The budget has exploded with additional charges from all of the vendors, and that's a drag, but it's because they have an unrealistic schedule, that's not the fault of the vendors.

Oh ack. Not even worth going into, but I just had a super awkward conversation with an administrator about something I said in my class that a student misinterpreted. Totally my fault and it's all good, but I'm left feeling totally embarrassed. I hate feeling ooky.

Aaaaand I just remembered that I still need to write the email to folks about a group b-day present for the Adorable One. (He turns 50 this month.) Maybe tonight I will have a brain and command of words so I can do that.
