Wesley: All right. I'm going to let you all in on something you may have trouble comprehending. I assure you however-- Gunn: Vampires are real. Wesley: I was telling!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I was either 1998 or 1999. I have to look at airing schedules and figure out the math.

Watch kids be amazed that Mark Wahlberg used to be Marky Mark.

(And then feel ancient when they can't tell the difference between Whitney Houston and Celine Dion.)

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Yes, Peanut will want to join any world-ruling coalition. She can be the heavy. Literally.

I know I joined Buffistas on TT somewhere in 1999 or 2000.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Work has been super slow all week and the office mostly empty. Great for the week before vacation. I have gotten my desk almost completely cleared and filing almost all caught up. But now on Friday, my boss has scheduled meetings on site with people from corporate! Whyyyyyyy?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Meetings on Friday are generally wrong.

We get lunch provided today to celebrate meeting revenue goals the last two months. Don't know what we are getting, yet.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I delurked on World Crossing, exactly 14-1/2 years ago. I'd been lurking for some time. But on 9/11, I'd had enough of the wall-to-wall TV coverage (which Hubs was watching obsessively) and got online. And finally got the nerve to start talking.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Next month will be my 15-year anniversary, I found the Table Talk forum just as "Dead End" aired.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

It makes me so happy to see another wave of buffista sprog being born. Cultural counterbalance to the quiverfull contingent and all of that.

"...and then Legolas and the Hulk destroy the entire Greek army." - Penny Arcade

I started reading Table Talk sometime after S4 started. I didn't delurk until we were on this board, though.

Our wings are not tired.

But on 9/11, I'd had enough of the wall-to-wall TV coverage (which Hubs was watching obsessively) and got online.

Like Fred it was the need to get away from TV at that time that drove me on line where I found Buffistas.
