But on 9/11, I'd had enough of the wall-to-wall TV coverage (which Hubs was watching obsessively) and got online.
Like Fred it was the need to get away from TV at that time that drove me on line where I found Buffistas.

Also, the rumors are true: today is my birthday. I slept badly last night so once I checked my work email and saw there's nothing for me to do, I took a nap. (My boss has been in Paris for two weeks.)
Yesterday I went to the DMV to get my license renewed, and I got the worst drivers license photo in my life.

I've saved myself from pizza with a chicken pasta dish with cheese. It was a close call.
Today the scale said I'm at the lowest weight I've been in years, and only 3 pounds from my (first) goal. Man, it's hard. I'd dearly love to hit that goal by the end of the month.
