Balls, I over-rose my dough and my rolls collapsed and turned into little dense oatmeal pucks. Into the compost with them! I'm hoping to salvage the other half of the dough: I punched it down and reshaped it, and hopefully I can get a useful loaf out of it. Damn.
Watching so much GBBO isn't improving my baking, it's just making me more aware of my fuckups. ARgh.

That's not far from USC. There are a lot of cute little tiny bungalows in LA, and they are cute, but VERY tiny.
I'm v suspicious why it would be only $600k.
Because it's probably priced as a tear down, which means you are only paying for the land and lot, and even though there's 6 units on it, it's just a regular sized lot.

I actually like him( PG) as a shit-fixer. And I totally have questions I want to ask him, I was just caught flat footed on a Sunday afternoon. I've never had a candidate for anything knock on my door. Well, Mary Washington, but I'd already met her socially via my next door neighbors, so it was old home 15 minutes. I kinda felt like an idiot, but did manage to wish him good luck and thank him for coming to our hood. His companion remarked on how adorable our hood was, and I immediately launched into neighborhood likes carrots, because that's just my problem. If only I'd mentioned he definitely made my shortlist.
