Wait, there's a "trade it in for a jetpack" option? Dude. Want! Particularly given the cramps I was having yesterday.
Mmm, cheese sounds nice too.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Just met one of the mayoral candidates! One that I might actually vote for, we'll see. But honest to god, door to door, introducing himself.
Timelies all!
Health~ma, Sox.
Sarameg, was it Mike? Thanks, Sheryl
Good luck, Sox. On Wednesday I go in for a biopsy, which is by itself unpleasant enough, but will also tell me whether I have to have all my bits removed. JOY. And this at a time when I'm actually in negative numbers on my sick leave, because of all the time I had to take off to deal with Dad. God help me if I have to spend my vacation on recovering from surgery.
In other news, I walked the dog, started some bread, and visited Dad. Now I need to do laundry, pay bills, shape the bread, and start on a tarte tatin, which I decided I had to make after seeing it on GBBO. What's not to love about apples, caramel, and pastry? Of course, I don't have any puff pastry and don't have the time to make it, so I'm going to use a regular pie crust I had in the freezer. Hopefully that will work.
I could really use some "nothing too scary or terrible, but just enough so I can trade this thing in for a jetpack" ~ma.
I totally hope you get a jetpack!
TJs had a new gluten-free cookie: the same base dough as chocolate chip cookies, but instead of chocolate chips, the cookies have caramelized ginger pieces. I have already tried them, and they are good. I also got these chocolate Easter egg dealies, but have not tried them yet: [link]
No dog pictures yet, unless they're up on Facebook. Will check there next.
Good Luck Consuela.
Bodies, man.
No dog pictures yet. I can report that Kato is still cute, however.
Sending lots of medical~ma to both Sox and Consuela, with bonus no surgery~ma!
I have not seen those TJs Easter eggs before, but I'll be on the lookout for them. They must be mine! Well, more realistically they'll be my kids' but you know what I mean.
Two neighbors brought us lemons last week, so I've made a lemon cake for later. But I wants it now
Medical~ma and best of luck to both Sox and Consuela.
I went to TJs. So did everyone else. Sweet fancy Moses. I did not kill anyone, even though I forgot to take another dose of drugs before I left. And I missed the bus by about a minute in each direction. I bought a cheddar-gruyère because y'all were talking about cheese.
Steph, let me know how the marbled Easter eggs taste! I saw them, but grabbed cough drops from the impulse purchase stand at the register today.
I am back in my pajamas and there's hockey to watch.
