Yeah, maybe smoothie.
Weight Watchers was actually super effective for me and worked for a long time after I stopped it. Now I've backslid though, ugh.
Fucking dog and cat woke me up like eight times last night so I am full of the gronk. One with her clickety-clackety nails on the hardwood and the other leaping on and off of me every time the other moved to see what's up.
Timelies all!
Need caffeine. (I don't like coffee)
I am at the awesome Mexican hole on the wall restaurant waiting for my breakfast burrito and then for Costco to open.
it may be going back to bed time when I get home, but at least I got out of the house for a bit.
brenda, you have reminded me I have to clip the dog's nails today. Sadly, I can't do it alone: I have to bring her to my sister's house, where M clips the nails fast while I ply the dog with string cheese. It's very effective and since we got it down, not too stressful, but definitely takes two people.
It's raining heavily here, so I guess my agility class is cancelled. What I should do is file my father's change of address, and do some more on his taxes.
I've had a couple of beef ribs simmering on the stove since about 5PM yesterday afternoon, so the house smells like MEAT.
I just looked into weight watchers online after seeing the conversation here, and it turns out I get a few more points a day because I'm breastfeeding. So, I may give that a try again. My weight has been slowly creeping back up since my big post baby weight loss.
A co-worker borrowed my book for his daughter and has reported that she loved it and read it in one day. That feels good.
Nice, Gud!
Okay, you guys. I'm going outside to Walgreens to restock my supply of DayQuil, NyQuil, and Mucinex. Wish me luck.
OPRAH LOVES BREAD.
So do I. But not as much as pasta and neither are great for me because I have no willpower. If I'm going to have bread, fwiw, I'm going to make the bread (last week I made the most amazing ricotta loaf as well as some beautiful but bland sticky rolls) because it's satisfying. But after the gluten fest weekend I felt bloated and ill.
So go on, Oprah, love your bread, but I'm still going to sit over here with my bread-little world.
