Hi, my name is Connie, and I have a bin problem.

Various bins are for sale at the supermarket. I looked at them and thought "Ooh, bins!" I had to yell at myself "You have empty bins! You have a basket of bins! You do not need more bins!" "But . . . bins!" Really, it's a sickness. Fortunately I got out of there without them.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Let your motto be "Bin there, done that."

Drew, I'm very sorry. You have higher priorities right now than your sister's demands.

Steph, I"m glad your brother's getting through it. He's lucky you could go out there.

Can your sister not get a mortgage? Seems like death and inheritances can make everybody act terribly, even if they don't normally. So people who normally aren't great...

I am so happy to be home right now! I wasn't supposed to land until 1am (was going to have to fly through LA and change planes) but I got to the airport and saw there was a direct flight and they were willing to switch me, surprisingly!

Also I finally got the official offer letter for my new job (which I start getting better paid for as of 3/1 but don't actually start training for/doing until almost April?) so that's a relief and exciting. And more money!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Yay for Tribble, finding a good home!

You are not obliged to walk away from all of your inheritance just because your sister made bad choices.

That, for sure.

Connie, I have the same problem with small storage boxes.

I feel futless. There's work to do, but I've promised myself I won't work outside actual work hours anymore. There's other stuff to do, but I'm tired and can't focus on it. There's stuff to watch on the DVR, but I can't focus on that either. I should just take a Benadryl and go on to bed.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Drew, I'm sorry your sister is making this so much harder.

Steph, I'm glad your brother is doing better.

-t, congrats on the recognition. That's fantastic.

I failed to adequately meara the last 2-3 days of posts I just caught up on, but I was vibing appropriately at each of you as I read along.

Connie, I have the same problem with small storage boxes.

They're so damned cute! And if I get enough boxes and bins, everything will be sorted and make sense!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Mmm, storage containers.

Yay, Tribble (and sarameg for not being the Tribble-keeper)

Woohoo, meara, for getting home earlier than expected and even more so for new job with more money!

I hope you are sleeping, Zen.

Man, Gray's Anatomy had me all sad and self-reflective and then the end left me in the dust in a way that takes me feel safe to have another glass of wine and watch Scandal. I don't know how they can call this a "Bordeaux blend" when it's made in California, but it's tasty.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Steph, I"m glad your brother's getting through it. He's lucky you could go out there.

He's had a pretty good day today -- he hasn't had a beer in 26 hours now -- but got kind of shaky towards the end of the day. That may have been a blood sugar issue, because he had some fruit juice and a baked potato and felt somewhat better.

We're currently watching Family Feud and debating how long it would take for our family to bust out into a fistfight because of how bad our answers would be. We think it would happen before the first commercial break.

Joining this support group. It really is a disease.

Aw. Tribble. Congrats on being cute for hairless apes who will give you a great life.

Steph, I'm glad and relieved that things are looking up for your brother.

billytea, I love your parenting. Deeply impressive.

Congrats, meara!

msbelle, I don't care what those stoopid corporate knobs say, WE all know you are outstanding in your field...and, indeed, in all things.

Awww, Tim just texted me a picture of Kato sleeping with one of my t-shirts. I miss my pup.
