That should be covered by...something.
So, I'm working from home today, which was probably the right call as I am still a little achy and it took me much longer than usual to figure out how to make coffee so I am clearly not 100% functional. Unfortunately, I do have stuff I need to get done today and that will be a challenge because while I
can
work from home I'm not really set up for it and certainly not used to it (it's a lot of using Citric on my Mac laptop to do Windows things, it's just unsettling).
He filed a police report, and the cop thinks it was a plow.
Yeah, it's probably covered by something. This happened to a friend of mine in New Jersey, and the law there says it has to go through your insurance, but the town pays the deductible and the claim doesn't count against you with your insurance company.
There appears to be a snowpocalypse here! I made it here only a half hour late, but I think it might take forever to get home on the bus. It is normally an hour and a half, but I bet I am looking at more like 3 hours.
I forgot my 6:30AM meeting, and my hair is a disaster. I think today might be Monday.
Who are our Texans? Dana and Msbelle? Anyone else? A friend and I are considering a weekend trip and for some reason, she is looking at Texas. Flights are fairly reasonable from here which is part of the consideration.
Daisy Jane is in Texas
That sounds most unpleasant, Sophia.
I don't think I mentioned it here, but my sister and I came out of a grocery store one even last week to find two of her tires slashed. Fuckers.
Slashed? Two tires? Damn. That sucks. And someone put a lot of effort into that, which seems weird.
msbelle - that is what we are playing with...just kinda picking a cheap flight and then exploring the area. Both Dallas and Houston have decent rates in May.
