Wow, you've really mastered the power of positive giving-up.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Daisy Jane is in Texas

That sounds most unpleasant, Sophia.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I don't think I mentioned it here, but my sister and I came out of a grocery store one even last week to find two of her tires slashed. Fuckers.

Slashed? Two tires? Damn. That sucks. And someone put a lot of effort into that, which seems weird.

msbelle - that is what we are playing with...just kinda picking a cheap flight and then exploring the area. Both Dallas and Houston have decent rates in May.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I will say that the drive between Houston and Dallas is incredibly boring.

Wasn't thinking of driving between. More flying into one and finding stuff to do there.

Just so you're warned. This is literally the most interesting thing on the route:

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

At home today because the little guy had a booster flu shot. Other that crying a little right after getting the shot, he seems to be fine. Never hurts to be careful, though.

In other news, CJ's car died over the weekend. According to the auto shop, Grease Monkey overfilled his oil which looks to have caused the engine to seize up. CJ needs to go to the shop and see if they have more information and see if there is a way to get Grease Moneky to take liability for the issue.

He has been so worried and upset, he has worried himself sick. My kid who never throws up has done it multiple times this morning, along with bloody noses and other bodily functions working overtime. We are getting him some pepto and pedialite. Poor punkin.
