Yeah... That went well.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I've used the CI dense & firm cheesecake with success, Burrell. It's pretty straightforward, as I recall.

In fact, insent.

There's also a light & fluffy version, I think? Haven't tried it.

Maybe you should put the scorpion in a room where you are typically awake? Guarding something, perhaps.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Please don't throw rocks at Teppy's house.

Heh, I told Tom what Teppy said and he was cool with the idea, then added, "I don't know why we're throwing rocks at each other, though."

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Hey, *we* aren't the ones throwing rocks. We're just sitting here!

Heh.

I appreciate you guys putting up with all my crazy moving thoughts - it's so great to get your perspectives, since we're not really talking about it to anyone else.

Also, the low key wooing is nice for the ego.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Cincinnati has Jungle Jim's, which has a whole lot of British foods that I haven't seen anywhere else in the US except at British specialty stores!

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Man, this is making me a little sad that M didn't get the job he applied for this year... in Baltimore. (I don't think I said anything about it here. It was a long shot, in the way that all academic jobs are, but less so than most of the others he's tried for over the years. Sigh.) It was so nice to fantasize about living near all the Baltimoristas! Though I would miss Nashville's Buffistas (and honorary Buffistas) too.

And the cheese. Oh god, the cheese.

And everything else.

Our wings are not tired.

I would woo Nora and Tom, but I believe they would hate it in S Florida, so I won't. Sigh.

I have given up on accomplishing anything today. The world has been too much with me the last little while, I just want to stay in my bathrobe and eat soup and read murder mysteries. Fortunately, that is a viable option and I am taking it.
