Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Wait- is there a stranger kitty in your house? That the contractor let in? Do you have a new cat?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

sarameg, did you get the kitty out of your basement? How strange!

Jackson loves you, Matt!

I'm trying to get excited about spending the next two days cleaning my house.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Planning on making a trip to the library today. I still have plenty of books on the to be read bookcase, but none of them are appealing right now.

Can anyone recommend a good stick vacuum? I need to get grit and pet hair off hard floors and area rugs, I need something lightweight, and I prefer bag to bagless because asthma. I'm sick of hauling out the big heavy vacuum every morning, and it seems to blow back almost as much crap as it sucks up.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

We have a Dirt Devil stick vacuum, and it's decent.

We have adulted and gotten the Corolla registered and gotten a ton of Godiva chocolate for $30.

It's already 56 degrees here, so I am definitely taking a walk!

Yeah, so this giant orange tabby came up to me outside. And was happy to be picked up. Got her out from under the stairs, she'll come to me and strop up against my legs. I've posted to the neighborhood sites and will probably take her to BARCS tomorrow or Monday if I don't hear. People think they've seen her around, but there are several orange cats about.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I've been looking at Sweethome recommendations on vacuums. Here are the cheap ones: [link]

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Good luck finding her home, sarameg. PS let us know if you need any ideas for name, 'k?

who do I grateful-fuck?

Also this is hilarious

So today I rode my bike to my FINALLY starting again stretch class, which was 30 minutes, then class for 1 1/2 hours. My phone thinks I've not gotten any exercise today, but what does it know? My tush is going to be sore tomorrow.

I think right now what I really need is more coffee

It's 63 here, so I took that walk...along with basically the rest of my neighborhood (and their dogs). It was almost too warm to take a walk in yoga pants, but I balk at wearing shorts in January.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I hadn't realized it was that warm out. I've been inside working all day. Maybe I'll go sit on my porch and read or something. Though that would require clothes other than the Marvel pajamas I'm currently wearing.
