In SOTU news, this turned up in relation to something at work.
How is it your staff green lights a ticket for someone like Ms. Davis and you don't know about it? Although I will give it to her people, someone is making sure she stays on everybody's radar.
I think there is something wrong with me, because I cannot eat a small lunch. My BFF is a teacher and she eats a single yogurt for lunch. I am ready to kill and eat my coworkers if that is all I eat. Yesterday I had a chicken salad sandwich, and apple, a pickle and fritos and I was so hungry by 3:30 or 4 pm. The day before I had chicken, greens, mashed potatoes and an orange, and the same thing happened. If I bring a frozen meal, I have to look for the ones over 500 calories or it will just not do.
What's kind of funny to me is that we are approximately the same weight (fat) and I eat SO MUCH MORE than she does.
I do so much better having the big lunch and saving the single yogurt (or whatever) for dinner.
I guess I do tend to have a smaller dinner, and later (because I get home at 6:30 or later, and she gets home at 4, and makes dinner for her husband kids).
Quite often, I end up skipping dinner altogether.
If I ate a big lunch, I'd fall asleep.
Instead I just nibble.
I saw the photog, but thought he was taking a picture of the people in front of me (#7): [link]
I've had to start eating a bigger lunch to prevent a lot of the snacking in the afternoon.
I would definitely turn into Godzilla if I only had yogurt for lunch.
I prefer big lunch / small to no dinner. But big for me doesn't have to be big calorie, I need large amount. I am working on portion control, especially for high calorie items. And I am horrible about drinking water which also helps keep me full.
