I prefer big lunch / small to no dinner. But big for me doesn't have to be big calorie, I need large amount. I am working on portion control, especially for high calorie items. And I am horrible about drinking water which also helps keep me full.

My big has to be big calorie and include fat/meat. I don't seem to really get stomach hungry- I get rage hungry, and I always have. I think the reason I no longer cry at the drop of a hat is that my blood sugar is no longer low all day.
I think I just have to eat later or have an afternoon snack, because I am so hungry from 4 pm - 7 pm, but by the time I get home, I don't really have the energy to cook and eat.
Do eat breakfast?
I don't have much of a pattern, I can be content with a big lunch and a small dinner or the other way around, and even breakfast seems more like I just need to eat something than I need a certain amount. And some days I just never get full and want to eat constantly.
Speaking of, I should eat some lunch. That 11 am meeting that I thought was at 10 threw off my internal clock.
Yes- I actually usually have an egg and sausage and a bagel, and I am hungry by noon. I eat a lot!
Hugs to all of us today.
I'm like -t. Except with breakfast. I am not a fan. Just give me coffee most days, though I do try and force some protein down.
I don't understand how people can regularly leave the house without eating. I usually wake up hungry.
I eat an hour or so after I get up so usually once I get to work.
I sleep as late as possible and get to work in time to fix breakfast there (I keep the fixings in the break room fridge). Ham and cheese wraps, I need the protein. If I'm really hungry before I leave the house I'll grab something small.
