The Golden Globes live blogging seems very slow this year in Natter!
Tep, I use Sportsball as an affectionate catch-all for those things people get obsessed about that are outside my scope of obsession or awareness until such a time as I get stuck in traffic and start saying things like, "I thought sportsball was over!"
They are horrible.
I am mostly live saying anything on twitter.
I decided to pause the Globes and watch Downton instead, and when I went back my Tivo had reset it to the start of the show, and I decided it wasn't worth catching up on.
I'm irrationally peeved that Outlander and Mr Robot were more or less only up against each other, so one of my favorite shows was going to lose no matter what TWICE.
I watched last week's episode of Downton since discussion reminded me that it was back. I usually catch clips of award shows the following day.
The GG's were a hot mess.
I didn't watch the Globes. That was rare for me, but it doesn't sound like I missed much.

Yeah, that's what has me reeling -- I had no idea he was even ill. I'm glad I work from home, because I'm playing Bowie all day.
I really shouldn't have checked Facebook before getting out of bed this morning. Hard to make myself get up and face a world without David Bowie in it.
Wow, David Bowie. I don't know how to feel.
