I was looking at 5Ks earlier and now y'all have me trying to map out ones for the rest of the year.
Natter 74: Ready or Not
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
My phone's autocorrect wants to change "snot" to "shit."
I'm so proud.
The only place you'll find me at a 5k is at the finish line, drinking coffee and waiting for a runner.
Now is not a good time to throw this coworker under the bus; it's a known issue. I just have little patience for it and had a lot else on my plate. Training people who don't have native ...initiative? Is trying for me.
I only walk. no running for me, but 3.1 miles is nice on a weekend.
Oh, I'll walk that far, fast even (walking to and from Lake Montebello,+ a couple laps around it, is a 5k. Which I do several times a year.) Just not in a race. I'm strictly crew.
My races this year look like this:
- 15 K Hot Chocolate Run this weekend
- Nun Run 5K in February
- Rockin' Shamrock 5K in March
- Kids 4 Kids 5K in April
- Mother's Day 5K in May
- Grand Teton Half Marathon in June
- Awesome 80s run in July.
Ohhh.. I will do the Carrera de los Muertos in October and the Turkey Trot in November. So I guess I do have some more planned.
I am not finding super fun ones.
I've been search on active.com, do people use other sites?
I'll happily be turkey trot crew again! They had good free coffee.
