Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

And, to follow up on the puggle, fluffier if not cuter.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

And, to follow up on the puggle, fluffier if not cuter.

Very fluffy. They have the densest fur of any mammal.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Otters are still my favorite even though I once saw one troll the humans watching it by doing a few somersaults underwater, pooping, and then swimming away. That kinda just makes me love them more.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's hilarious.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

That is some marvelous trolling, Burrell.

All that's left in the break room is a single, lonely bag of funyuns.

On my first hasty read I thought you had a single, angry bag of funyuns in your breakroom, and I was torn between fear and wild curiosity as to how exactly one gets a bag of funyuns all riled up.

Matilda's present from Santa has gone AWOL -- I ordered it last Wednesday, Amazon shipped it on Thursday, and it arrived early Friday morning in a city called Newark (maybe an hour's drive on the freeway from our front door, if that) and promptly departed thence for... parts completely unknown. The tracking number tells me it is still in a state of having left Newark early Friday morning; my work's mailroom reports that it has not yet arrived with them. It is gone.

I don't even know the current status of Matilda's Santa belief system, but I'm sure this will be a decisive episode in its evolution.

Amazon Prime, you gravely disappoint (eta: Amazon just updated the shipping info to inform me that the item is expected December 20; Amazon Prime, now I hate you).

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

We continue to have ridiculous weather here.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

The one good thing about the unseasonal weather is my dad won't have a good excuse to pass on the family Chrismukkah celebration a second year in a row.

CJ LDB'd me by playing Pentatonix version for me in the car. Thanks kid. Though...Pentatonix...can't not like them.
