Confession: baked potatoes of any sort have lacked appeal for quite a number of years now. I can't recall the last time I ate one.

Yeah I rarely eat white potatoes anymore and only buy them occasionally for Mac. I was crazing one a month or so ago and ordered one for lunch. it was too much. Starches have become not my friend.
I much prefer a sweet potato over a regular potato. I will buy baby new potatoes for stews and such.

My work motivation was great this morning but it has worn off and now I'm stuggling and have no clue how I'm going to get two more hours in.

What I really want to say: GIVE ME HEADCOUNT. LET ME HIRE PLEI. WE WILL RULE DOCUMENTATION WITH TERRIFYING EFFICIENCY. Eccentric, terrifying efficiency.

A baked potato and giant salad are a fallback dinner 2-3 times a month. But if I let my potato love run free, I'd eat taters all the time.
