Dana - thanks to you I wanted a baked potato, but alas, no potatoes in the house. I do have a couple of sweet potatoes, so one is now in the microwave. Thanks for the inspiration.

Suzi, I recommend bacon, butter, and cheese.
I had already packed sweet potatoes as part of my lunch, score!
ETA with ham. And butter.
I don't have bacon, so I'm thinking just some butter and a light sprinkling of brown sugar.
-t, ohhh, ham sounds great. Alas, none of that in the house either.
For dinner should I make smothered chicken or lamb stew?
Mmm, those both sound good. Yes.
Oooh, baked potatoes are easy in the nuker.
Confession: baked potatoes of any sort have lacked appeal for quite a number of years now. I can't recall the last time I ate one.
Mmm, I love 'em. I would say I'll take yours, but allergy.
Yeah I rarely eat white potatoes anymore and only buy them occasionally for Mac. I was crazing one a month or so ago and ordered one for lunch. it was too much. Starches have become not my friend.
I much prefer a sweet potato over a regular potato. I will buy baby new potatoes for stews and such.
I think it is going to be chicken tonight.
My work motivation was great this morning but it has worn off and now I'm stuggling and have no clue how I'm going to get two more hours in.
