then a messy weekend that I'll discuss when things are less -- focused here
Fred, yes we are focused on Ginger, but we are ready to hear about your weekend whenever you want to share.
It is only the Mondayness of today that is keeping me from clicking Read New continuously.
I hold you all in my heart.
ION I'm about to go run errands. Cover me, I'm going in.
We are Groot.
::hugs Miracleman extra hard::
Awesome, Sparky! And Suzi!
Yeah, absolutely, Fred. We all have stuff happening, and what's going on in any one life is not more important than any other, so please feel free to share at any time.
All the fried salty food has made me very sleepy.
I remember the Fernet tasting. Everyone's reactions to it.
I wasnt the best at the F2F but I had such a good time.
Nanita, that is so kind. I've been worried about what will happen to Mr. Peabody.
I'm so grateful for all of you. I just wanted to make that extra-clear.
I've mentioned in passing, I think, that Hubs's sister moved back to the DC area to be near family. (Because of health issues, she can't live across the country from family any more. Another brother is sharing an apartment with her.) Lately, she's been dealing with a fluid build-up problem in her body. The doctors can't figure out the reason, and she's been in the hospital once already to have the fluid drained.
Yesterday, Hubs and I brought in lunch for her. Sister's fluid build-up had become very bad, and she ended up going to the hospital again. Brother had been up all night with her, and he'd had no sleep. Brother was at the hospital long enough to give the necessary information, and he went home to sleep. So we spent most of yesterday afternoon with sister until she got settled in.
She had already been scheduled for draining (pericentesis, I think it's called) today. We expect her to be home tomorrow at the latest.
