All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Bourbon is a kind of whiskey.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Well, I'm not gonna complain.

Like I said, tasty in any case.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Last night, I went to opening night of the Slutcracker, with special guest John Waters. He did a bit at the beginning and then watched the show from one of the theater's boxes, and I realized I was kind of anxious that he enjoy it -- it's like the most John Waters-y thing we have! (For my part, I liked it much more than the last time I went, because I knew what to expect. It is the whole Nutcracker! Just dirty.)

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Oooh, they have gin and tequila calendars, too!

Now I have "Do you taste what I taste?" running through my head.

I need to go do my shopping. But really, I'd rather go back to bed.

OMG, Hazel hates the vet. Haaates. Like, hissing before she's even done anything!

I have work I have to get done this weekend, and it will take me under 3 hours if I do it in the office, and probably more than 5 if I try to do it from home, so I think I am going into the office, but I really don't wanna.

Also, my family has never been good with the Christmas list sharing, but I think this year we hit a new low--no one is willing to decide if we are doing no presents, presents for the youngest generation, or presents for all.
