Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I wear a lot of nightgowns as dresses. Those Gillian O'Malley microfiber nightdresses at Target, the plainer ones, are great for layering!

Exactly what I am wearing! with a tank underneath and a cardigan over. WONDER TWIN POWERS ACTIVATE!

hip deep in pie

I dreamt during a nap last night that I was negotiating a record deal for my cats. Except during the negotiations, I realized, I was the only one who understood what my cats were singing about. And I wondered if I should keep this ruse up until the deal was done.

Have I mentioned I seem to have caught a cold in the past 24 hours.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I have a dress that I wear as a nightgown. Once I saw someone in the office wearing it and was really weirded out.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I was going to dress down today's outfit with a cardigan instead of a blazer, but I like the way the blazer looks with the pants a lot better than the cardigan. Oh well.

I cannot imagine wearing a nightgown as a dress. I would be so self-conscious. Even if it totally looked like a dress I WOULD KNOW. ETA: to the office, I mean. Out in the world, maybe. Maybe.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Now I want to go look at those nightgowns.

we decided it would be really funny for everyone to dress up in interview clothes on 4/1

That would be hilarious.

This is the one I am wearing.

The one I used to wear in NY was shorter and black and not racer back. I would wear it in the summer with a bright colored cardigan, but I stopped once I decided the world no longer needed to see my knees.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

The other night, I dreamed I was at a baseball game and the umpires were arguing about how to call a play in which someone had thrown a tiara onto the field and the ball had bounced off it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey, I missed happy birthday to the twins?
