Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was going to say I know where all the food is at my usual hospital, but not in a surgical waiting room, I don't. Woe!

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I could go to the cafeteria and get food but she should be done soon and I don't want to miss the surgeon.

Oh, I totally understand that! I was just thinking, "OK, vending machine in ER waiting room, little kitchen with snacks on the floors...."

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Glad to hear it's going well, Dana.

Don Cheagle is a brilliant name for a dog. Next dog I get, I'm coming here for ideas.

The run was slow and painful, I walked almost all the hills. But my average pace was under 13 minutes/mile, and it was 5.2 miles with lots of hills, so I'll take it. Also, hella muddy up on the ridge, and when I got back to the car I had to spend ten minutes digging mud out of my shoes.

Zombies, Run! spoilers for S2: they found Jack! YAY! He's not dead, and Eugene will stop being crazy obsessive and risking people's lives looking for him now. So cute, they are.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I love Don Cheagle as well. My friend in high school had a dog named Virginia Woof, which I also loved.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

running!

I did a Wii fit run yesterday. Just 1 mile on my rebounder. 15 minutes, but wow are my legs sore. also sore? my lower back. no doubt compensating for my weak-ass abs as I have been doing a few abs exercises. Stupid core.

I should spring board off of all the shoveling the last couple weeks. Today was certainly a workout. BUT I went out to finish the last part of my sidewalk, and the kid next door had done it for me! He was out, so I thanked him profusely (but not embarrassingly). We've gone back and forth with helping out with light shoveling the sidewalks this winter, but this stuff was WORK. What a neighborly act.

Okay, I haven't seen her yet, but my mom is out of surgery and doing fine.
