So, we saw Book of Mormon Sunday night, and 1) Elder Price was totally hot and 2) I've had the doorbell song in my head ever since ("Hello, my name is Elder Grant, and I'd like to share with you the most amazing book! [link] ). Except while waking up this morning I got it mashed up with The Matrix ("Hello, my name is Agent Smith...") and I've never even SEEN The Matrix.

My Facebook just brought up an ad for Erin Griggs' Wordslinger! I naturally said I used it all the time and that it was a great site.
YOU DISCUSS IT WITH ME ME ME. Ahem.
I was actually just looking up stuff, because I'm already obsessed after just two episodes. And man, they go quick. Incoming, after I watch Jeopardy.
Blargh! I think that is the noise I am making all the time at this point. Why is being a grown up so hard?
PJ and the boys are stuck in a hotel lobby halfway home. All rooms are booked, so I guess they are sleeping there. The rest of their road home is closed and probably will be until it can get sanded or something- there's no alternate, and this is B'ham; it's hilly. Josh is still downtown.
Oh yikes. Poor PJ and D&T.
Omg. The concertmaster of the Milwaukee Symphony was tased last night leaving a concert to steal his Stradivarius violin.
Here's hoping the power holds up through the South tonight.

Oh, for crap's sake. That's one instrument that will be just a little difficult to fence. Stupid thieves.
Birmingham metro area is a mess. Schools are keeping kids who can't be picked up and taking in people seeking shelter. Drivers are abandoning cars on the interstate to seek shelter (and if you have any idea how sprawling the area is, they're in for a hike in a LOT of places) and yeah, it is basically just shut down.
I'm glad PJ made it to where they did- besides the hotel, it's a Target mall, Lowes, etc. They aren't stranded in a residential suburb. Josh is fine, he's downtown, right in the heart of the medical district. Childrens, the VA Hospital, UAB... he's in the best place to be stranded. Things will be open.
