When I say post-mortem, they all look at me like I have 4 heads. Or possibly like I am going to make them cut up a dead body!

I'd go with debriefing too, which sounds Professional and Serious. (Even if 'post-mortem' is going to be more emotionally accurate.)

If nothing else, it's an actual thing in that industry. So not conflating the terms seems like a good practice.
Okay, I'm done with meetings for the day. I've changed a light bulb, cleaned the living room, and swept all the things. I need to mop next. I'm saving some things on my to do list for tomorrow.
After that, I'm going to pretend I'm working on my inbox while I watch TV.
I'm eating a broccoli slaw and kale salad from Trader Joe's (verdict: yum) and wondering if they massaged my kale.
