I'd go with debriefing too, which sounds Professional and Serious. (Even if 'post-mortem' is going to be more emotionally accurate.)
And, now it occurs to me, 'post-mortem' would probably be a poor choice for a nursing school....

Sophia, they might have a specific term for such a meeting. I think in hospitals they call them morbidity and mortality meetings? Not 100% sure however. I think they focus on what went wrong in those.
