There's at least a couple more good holidays before the " hey, so are we gonna get married or what?!" convo seems necessary.
Good point. February 15, it is ON. Edit: I mean, considering how much input I have into the progression of your relationship, Steph.
It's a hellish feedback loop of each of us trying to take care of the other.
suspiciously looks around the living room for hidden cameras
No, you haven't described Pete and I AT ALL. Nope.
ah Steph - expectations ruin stuff sometimes.
Note to self: Isaac breaks at 5 pm. Oy!
So lunch ended up being free. I had this free dinner for 2 coupon and I asked them if I could just use it for myself and they said no, but use this and handed me a free dinner for 1 coupon. Weird huh? So I still have the free dinner for 2 to use some other time. It's over by work and I always forget about it.
I got a large plastic "E" that had been used on marquees at the Antique store and some notecards for my brother and an old metal plant stand for outside. Then I went to a Thrift Store and found nothing, so I picked up E an hour early and we came home.
exercised, dinnered, and now I need to shower and layout stuff for tomorrow. 6 am is gonna come early.
I invested in a slipcover....and also 2 discounted king sized sheets that hang out on the sofa whenever I'm not there (so the cats shed all over the easily laundered sheets and not the much more difficult to launder slipcover.)
I kind of want to see the Kate Hudson fetish-chick movie now. Maybe I'll write one, Tep.

I just snort-laughed so loud I startled the cat.
Darby this morning: "No thank you, I think I have had enough bacon."
How are you even a dog? What kind of dog refuses bacon?
My accomplishment of the day, in case any one was wondering, was spending $30 of the remaining $86 FSA dollars I have left this year to go to the doctor so she could write me prescriptions for over the counter medicines (and Ambien) so I can spend the remaining $56 dollars. I went in asking for prescription drugs, but under my insurance, they cost a lot less than OTC drugs, so I wouldn't have made it to $56.
WOOHOO OTC RAMPAGE THIS WEEKEND!
Also, healthcare in this country is fucked up.
