Hormel Bacon Bits in the glass bottle are real bacon. I have some right here. Not exactly appropriate for snacking, though.

My favorite food truck is the Lobsta Truck. OMG Maine lobster with buttah on a roll NOMS! A friend of mine and her husband have a pretty successful bacon truck (called Lardon).

In news unrelated to bacon: Questions only I have to ask--why is there a piccolo snare in my bedroom? Were there going to be piccolo snare shenanigans?
