My favorite food truck is the Lobsta Truck. OMG Maine lobster with buttah on a roll NOMS! A friend of mine and her husband have a pretty successful bacon truck (called Lardon).

In news unrelated to bacon: Questions only I have to ask--why is there a piccolo snare in my bedroom? Were there going to be piccolo snare shenanigans? Was there the chance of a piccolo snare midnight emergency? Go home, piccolo snare, you are drunk! You belong in the studio! Every Tuesday, 4 or 5 food trucks show up in one corner of our parking lot. They range from grilled cheese to burgers to Thai food to cupcakes to waffles.
It is awesome.
