I am also having a hard time working today. Bleh. Just spend half an hour looking at and sorting all my emails (not actually DEALING with any of them, just figuring out which need dealing). Don't wanna!!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Have folks seen this on ThinkGeek?

Captain Kara Thrace Earrings

Monica is a huge Battlestar Galactica fan, so as soon as I saw these I knew she needed them. She's quite happy with them; she made her FB profile photo a picture of her wearing them.

Can folks see this picture of her?

[link]

Also, if you go back two FB profile pics you can see her wearing a Star Trek science officer's uniform.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ian McKellen will officiate Patrick Stewart's wedding. Aw! [link]

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I think we have a house. We have a counter offer that we're prepared to accept, so it's very close.

brillig

Ian McKellen will officiate Patrick Stewart's wedding.

The only thing better would be if Christopher Lee was involved somehow.

edit: Maybe he could sing. Have you ever heard that man sing? Hubby has a CD of him singing with a woman in some dramatic semi-operatic rock thing--probably Scandinavian--and the man has stellar pipes.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Yay Dana!

I admit to some jealousy. I stopped by a really cute 2/1 in my neighborhood on Sunday, with a lovely yard & patio & deck & french doors & a good-sized garage. And it's sure to be snapped up for more than the asking price, and I can't yet even list my house. ARGH.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ian McKellen will officiate Patrick Stewart's wedding.

Too cool.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Ian McKellen will officiate Patrick Stewart's wedding.

Aw. Although I have to say, putting "mckellen-stewart-wedding" in your link is a bit misleading!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

God, I am glad I did not come here first thing this morning and find the site down. Craptastic morning.

Did you all know that mac's life is horrible and his behavior a problem because I am so lazy. true fact. it was screamed at me several times this morning, sometimes accompanied by papers being thrown about the kitchen. not. even. 12yo. yet. how many more years?

oh and then a woman cut me off as I was merging off the highway and I had to swerve into a curb to avoid her (small scrape on the underside of my front bumper and I am sure the alignment is off now).

I am applying coffee and pastries.
