So, I had a customer service phone call about the radiology appointment I had last month. Is this a new thing? I have never in my life had a customer service phone call for any medical appointment.
I had a follow-up call after my last one just to confirm that I'd gotten my results, I think? That was a while ago.
they were asking me all kinds of questions about the quality of service I got.

Hubby often gets calls from the hospital after largeish procedures--MRIs, cardiac ablations, mysterious intestinal blockages, the like.
Well, I haven't yet. I liked the book but I don't remember it in great detail, which often makes for a pretty good movie adaptation experience, ime. But the DVR is getting full and that takes priority for my currently minuscule leisure time.
I get a lot of calls after hospital admissions, all designed to get my GP into the game, and it's freaking tedious to tell them he doesn't care, and I have specialists on the case. But better reaching out than not, I guess.
