Super late on this, but I was off following a band so I've granted myself an extension.
Did any of you guys become infatuated with certain music after the age of 30 (a different music than what you already loved by age 25)? I would love to hear your experiences.
Cass got me hooked on My Chemical Romance during a particularly gruesome bout of insomnia when I was 37. It quickly spread out of control thusly:

It now involves a good bit of travel and a great deal of camaraderie. It has generated new friendships and renewed old ones. The Bouncing Souls are now quite actively an important part of my life... but My Chem retains their official title of Favorite Band as they were my Band Zero and everything has changed from there.

msbelle, you're going to DisneyWorld, right? Since Mac is all about video games, you might want to tell him about Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. It's an interactive video game that uses large video screens and game-specific trading cards, and it's all throughout the park.
Guys- Tonight I had to figure out what to do when 2 of the theatre students accidentally handcuffed themselves together with real handcuffs for which we had no key. I had no idea that happened in real life!

OMG, you guys -- my cousin who was cheating on her husband and suddenly married the other guy? Now back to using her first husband's last name on Facebook and listed as "separated." I wish I were better at keeping in touch with her sister, because I cannot message her just to gossip.
This would be excellent gossip. You should definitely rekindle that keeping in touchness just so you can get the gossip. And share it.

Should change the name to My Chemical Gateway. I'm not even ashamed of the people I lure in with some bandom flavor. I swear I am going to get my brother to admit he more than vaguely likes Panic! at the Disco one of these days.
