I just had a good conversation with my dad (nice surprise). Found out that he just got hearing aids (I had no idea he was having hearing issues). Anyway, he said his are completely high tech and he was talking to me through the bluetooth in the hearing aids and his phone was on the table across the room. Totally fancy.

I should be more embarassed to admit that my first thought was to hope Joe Kennedy will reshoot his commercial now, because I hate how he relates to the kids in the tragic family. I hate everything, and I really want to be excited about Disney and I have no way to release either emotion, because doing anything other than sit quietly will likely set mac off. AAARRRGGGGHHHHH.
So much stupid negative energy at work and then mac had some nonsense at soccer where "people were looking at me and laughing" and he says the coach called him a baby, which not for the nothing, the coach would not deny to me, so I do not feel great about. Thing is? Jr high is next year and I know I had coaches call me that and worse and running off the field and leaving practice is not gonna fly.
It would be bad parenting to tell my kid to get some balls, right?
