Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Wait, Brenda you don't like avocados?!? What about guacamole?? I can't decide if this means you're the wrong person to go on a trip to Mexico with...or the perfect person (more for me!!!)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I say more for you.

Did I mention, this day aaauugggh? Because, aaaugh, this day!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My day was fine, until just now! Aaaughh!!!

Actually, my day is still OK, but my tomorrow will probably be more aggravating than I expected.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I feel mildly guilty now for eating all the avocados.

It was you who drove the price up, huh?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Sorry you caught my aaugghh!

I think my foreseeable days will be more aggravating than I expected. And what's worse is it's my own damn fault. Oh well.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Do y'all sprout all the avocado pits? I do it almost compulsively and now I have 5 little trees (out of many many pits, my failure rate is quite high, which is where the compulsion to keep trying comes in), so maybe I should stop. But if I ever get excess fruit on them I will work on Buffistas care packages (I have no fruit on them thus far, they are tiny little saplings, some not even in dirt yet, this is a long term plan).

My Accountemps interview went much better than I expected. Turns out I was looking at the wrong number on my assessment results and I actually did pretty well. We'll see if that turns into jobs.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I really wanted to, but I tried the once and it didn't work. So I quit.

Apparently persistence not one of my strong traits.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I sprouted one once and then couldn't figure out what to do with it! But I'm not really one for plants.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I wonder how an avocado tree would do in the Northeast without a greenhouse.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

If you are looking to hand off some of the sproutings, I know of a back yard you can try.
