If every vampire who said he was at the crucifixion was actually there, it would have been like Woodstock.

Hivemind question. I will be switching from Cigna PPO to Aetna HMO at the end of the year. I have kinda plateaued with my shoulder and want to get an MRI. I'd rather get it checked sooner than later, but I don't know if it would cause an issue with insurance if I did need surgery in January. I'm not even sure who to ask...Cigna/Aetna/my benefits office. I'm so tired of it being "not right".

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Hey, I trusted you, lady. No longer. It is as if my theoretical What Scrappy Said tshirt is all meaningless and stuff now.

I am cooking turkey dinner for 10 tomorrow to practice for cooking Xmas dinner for my family! It's been 2 years since I made a full turkey dinner, so I wanted recent muscle memory of doing all the things like gravy and mashed turnip.

This weekend: a quick brunch visit w/ Pix! Seeing my baby metalheads perform on, and going to a We don't care if it's December pumpkin carving party. Plus writing and throwing another fast closet culling sale.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Tonight I am going to a business party with the DH, as supportive smiling spouse. We hates these things, we do. Poor DH hates them too, and this company gives him LOTS of freelance work, so we gots to go.

Our wings are not tired.

Christmas decorating! And the usual working too hard. No movies because my DVR list is way too long.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Last night was the Christmas parade here, which I knew about but didn't expect to cut the whole city in half with the division being impassable. So I took the groceries I bought over to my folks' place and ate dinner and visited them for a couple of hours.

I'm assuming it's not the intent of religious-holiday parades to make people take the Lord's name in vain like 50 times during a 20 minute drive?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am...working this weekend. At 12:30AM Sunday morning. Yeah. Totally excited. You have no idea, really.

Aiee. Let me just finish up and get out of the office, okay? Lordie.
