Not close enough, Cash. Down that road lies only madness. Probably literally, in this case.

So so true!

No insomnia but I'm just mildly sleep deprived. Ack! I can't handle it. How did I cope with it for years on end?

Surgery-ma to Grace, and just general -ma for Mister Kitty.

My sister's Saint Bernard couldn't get up yesterday morning, so she's taking him to the neurologist today. He's 8 1/2, which is elderly, but still pretty healthy & happy. I'm hoping this isn't the end. Aside from the drooling and the waking-me-up-at-2-AM-when-I-dogsit, he's a great dog. Mellow and affectionate most of the time. And when you rub his ears he makes the best moaning sound.

My employers (not the agency, but the contracting firm) apparently celebrate birthdays by sending you a cheap fleece jacket. Woot?

Because books.

Cleaning up papers home from school, I came across the food bank one. Which gave parents some "suggestive good items" to donate. Yeah.
