Natter 69: Practically names itself.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Sumi, that's so awful. Much strength to everyone that knew him.
Canadian actors almost universally have really good genes.
Having spent a lot of time with the McGill Theatre Department, I do have to say that's not remotely true.
Man, why is this one business user being so evasive? Of the four times I've tried to have this conversation that
he
says is important, he's been available once. Nice to feel so important, thanks.
Ugh. I have a sore throat. That doesn't seem fair.
I have done approximately two work tasks, which is frankly 1.5 more than I expected to do today.
We get out at 1, and then I have to go to the supermarket (because I am an asshole and forgot to go Sunday through yesterday).
I thought this was a very interesting article about most vital tools to have around the house, not least of all because of all the comments that say it's wrong, and WD40 isn't a lubricant.
Good to know.
We don't get out early today, but we do get to wear casual clothes. We get out early Friday. I can't work out if I should work from home then or not. Probably should.
Why do I order more cross-stitch Christmas kits when I still have 10 more ornaments to make from the kits I already have?
I AM NOT WORKING!!!! ANd we have figured out a compromise for T'Day. I buy mac his Christmas gift today and we move the entire Wii set-up to the grandparents' house and then we spend some of today and all of tomorrow there.
Now I need to get moving, shower, order this thing on TRUs for store pick-up and make a trip to the grocery store where if I do not cut a bitch I will consider it a major victory.
sumi, that is terrible. I am so sorry this happened.
Debetesse, Perkins, did you consider getting a home loan in Greece?
Oh, SNERK!
sumi, I'm so sorry.
Not necessarily. William. Shatner.
In his younger days, he was easy on the eyes.
Having spent a lot of time with the McGill Theatre Department, I do have to say that's not remotely true.
I should have qualified my statement by saying that the Canadian actors I have seen *on television* almost universally have good genes. Even the unconventional ones have something that's incredibly compelling about them.
My fault for assuming the qualifier "almost" was sufficient.
thought this was a very interesting article about most vital tools to have around the house,
Hmpff. If you don't have a locking-back pocket knife, you're going to need a first-aid kit. WD-40 is first of all a moisture-displacer, but it does leave a lubricating film.
Where is everyone? If you don't post, I have to clean!
I am at work, and there are actually people here. I have a report I need to finish editing.
We got 4 hours off today, except I'm a contractor and I don't officially qualify: I figure I'll slip out around 3 or 4 anyway, and go pick up the turkey I forgot to pick up last night.
Tonight I will make cranberry-ginger-tangerine sauce and a pie.
Presumably we tend to suck the really good looking Canadians into our orbit. I see lots more Dave Foleys than Bruce McCulloughs in the lower 48
