I enjoy them, but I think WhataBurger is better. I do enjoy that they will make Neopolitan shakes though Am already tired of my brother saying the GOP will pick Newt as the serious, intellectual choice, but then I don't think my brother understands the degree to which "right-wing intellectual" belongs on the list with "jumbo shrimp" for your correspondent. ETA: Hec, I think BK has got a problem. I've gotten upset from some several times(not full-on *poisoning*, but enough)
Natter 69: Practically names itself.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Not crazy Perkins. It might take a bit, but you change the yard to almost no work. Meanwhile, get a mow and blow guy.
the Coney Island choice at DTW and the inclusion of IN-N-OUT burger makes me wonder about all the other entries I do not know.
Well, Coney Island is supposed to be iconic, right? And In-n-Out is generally considered to be the best thing you're going to get called fast food burger in LA (Pinks, also listed, is the best fast food hot dog). I didn't eat at Versailles in Miami, but their shit looked good, for sure. There was just a lot of stuff that looked good there.
Their burger is *definitely* better than Burger King or Carl's. I don't like their sauce, but the meat is the quality of sit down places, easily.
But I cannot respect any fast food establishment that ruins french fries the way INO did. Those potatoes were wronged.
You have to get them well-done, for sure. I do think it's sad that they make such a thing about the fresh potatoes, but then they only fry them once?
What kind of crazy hijinks is Newt up to now? Last thing I read about him, he was getting worked up that the U.S. agreed to a non-binding U.N. resolution about trying to be more environmental.
I have an odd relationship with BK burgers, I like them when I get them, but I don't like to have them very often. And that isn't like my relationship with cheesecake where I don't have it very often, but I'd like to have another slice about five seconds after the first one but I know I shouldn't overdo the cheesecake. I simply don't want another BK burger until months after the first one.
I'll take a BK burger over McDonald's any day, but I think my favorite is Wendy's. That said, I've never had In-N-Out or Sonic.
I like In n Out burgers more than most fast food burgers, but le n is right, their fries are terrible. But the last time I had BK their fries were terrible too. What gives, BK?
I just don't eat much traditional fast food anymore, except for road trips.
What kind of crazy hijinks is Newt up to now?
Over the weekend, he said that schools should fire their janitors and hire students instead. Oh, and nine year olds should be working, too.
I haven't had traditional fast food (except for bogarting someone's fries) since I moved here, almost 6 months ago. I did have some on the way down. I have a weakness for Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but they changed their buns a year or two ago and I hate them now. The last few times I've had McD's, it made me literally nauseated.
Plus, when I can get a po-boy for a couple bucks more, it just isn't very tempting.
Hey, does anyone know what music was playing over the opening sequence of The Good Wife last night? I didn't ask that already, did I? My memory is swiss cheese these days, especially when it comes to things I wrote.
