Both my kids had plenty of hair at birth and both got me with heartburn.
Today was crazy busy. Went to a big craft fair in Denver, then to the movies to see Breaking Dawn (I laughed a bunch), then to the mall, and finally did our Thanksgiving shopping. Through it all I have had cramps from hell along with horrible lower back pain. I am IN LOVE with my heating pad right now.
It would be insane of me to make an offer on a house I saw the very first day I went out with my real estate agent, right?
What does your realtor say?
I haven't talked to him about it yet--I wanted to give myself the night to think about even the possibility in case I change my mind.
What's it like?
Sleep on it, yes, but sometimes you see the right thing right away...
That is assuming I can sleep, of course.
It's a ranch, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, and 1130 square foot house on a 5100 sq foot lot

We fell in love with one of the first places we saw. We ended up looking at about a MILLION other places before we bought it, because we were afraid of making a mistake. Glad to say that we still love our house obscenely much.

To be honest, I am kind of hoping someone else buys it before I can, because it is more yard than I wanted, and a house rather than a condo, but it's really nice, and felt like it could be home, even with other people's stuff in it.
