Hey, preaching to the choir. I thought our Lady of the Perpetual Sea Breeze was the real deal until the Divine Miss J walked right through that door and right into my ass—which is where my heart is…physiologically. I could show you an x-ray.

Because books.

Also, where could I find an mp3 of Jimmy Fallon as Jim Morrison singing the Reading Rainbow theme? I need that on demand in my life and my iphone.

If you find it, share? I love it so much. I made S. watch it the other night. "Butterfly in the sky ..."

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

That Michaels clip was hilarious. I really pitied her, because she obviously displayed she's never cooked in her life. Poor girl. BTW: Bob Bob did a game show with the other guy.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

If you find it, share? I love it so much.

I'm ganking it now.

I'll send it to you two in sec.

Because books.

Thank you!

The status is NOT quo.

I wear leggings with skirts frequently. I like having warm legs and am not a huge fan of tights.

Also, it's my first day of not having to get up before 6 in ages, and I woke up at 7:10. Wide. Awake. Dammit!

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

Allyson, you don't need an intervention. That guy needs to be told.

Maybe I need an intervention by proxy. Whatever!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Insent.

Shutting down and heading out. I don't think I've forgotten anything...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love thick (not wool, because allergy) tights with short skirts. Leggings, NSM. Jeggings--I can't stop staring at, but it's not because I like them. I just find them endlessly fascinating.

My sister is giving me corporate America advice. Which is pretty funny. But it's good advice.

I really pitied her, because she obviously displayed she's never cooked in her life. Poor girl.

She's not a girl. She's a grown ass woman. Doesn't she make people cry herself?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I strongly believe that if a dude said the same thing (like if Hec walked in with Grooves on his resume and posted exactly the same shit I did) he would have conceded and cowered in a corner.

Me and my "I went to college on a radio scholarship and was the first female GM of my college radio station" would not trump his, "I've been to a thousand rock concerts" in terms of who gets to be the subject matter expert.

And I don't even think I'm altogether that knowledgeable about rock music. Most of the Buffistas probably trump my knowledge by just their casual listening tastes.
