"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

That's also true. Space definitely not an issue for me, even on our bus.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, it's not just that they are big, but the people wearing them can't see them, you know? Like, if you're lugging a big suitcase, you can see when it's about to bump into someone.

ita, I wish you could always get the people who know you and treat you right! Stupid lack of consistency.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Did Edward Norton play Pale?

Yep.

Daaaaang. I would have liked to see that. I love that play like cake.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

My fence but not my cats

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I love that play like cake.

I'll always be jealous that Scrappy saw the original production with Malkovich and Joan Allen.

The status is NOT quo.

ita, I'm very sorry about your frosty nurse. You deserve so much better.

Holy crap. I read the GABA webmd article and am sitting here stunned. That describes ALL of the depression, anxiety, and insomnia issues I have struggled with since I was a child. How close are these meds to coming to market, Teppy, do you know? I can't tell you what I would give to be able to get off anti-depressants, which do a great job with my anxiety and depression but nothing for my insomnia or the fact that I dream so intensely every night that even when I sleep for ten hours, I wake up tired. I'm honestly a little weepy thinking about being able to escape this cycle.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Except, seriously, I saw Catherine Keener, Ty Burrell, Dallas Roberts, and Edward Norton in Burn This???

Whoa, cool! Burn This was how I got into theatre. I ran sound for it my first semester at Rice.

Right? The Ur-production. But, failing Malkovich, Edward Norton is an excellent choice for Pale.

I don't have a clue, which sucks, because I have a lot of those issues, too. If I could just tweak the right damn neurotransmitter in the right way, it would be awesome.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I mean, no narcotics aren't a cure, but it's not like there is a cure you're just not taking so you can have narcotics.

This is what I was thinking, but with fewer curse words.

When I was using GABA, and I don't remember why I stopped, I think I just ran out and forgot to get another because that's how my brain works, I was using the Source Naturals sublingual dissolving tablets. Of course it's not the same as having an FDA-approved drug, but there isn't one yet. I took it usually in the mornings, to help me be less stressed-out at work. The couple times I took it close to bedtime, I got very vivid dreams, so, maybe don't take it right before sleepytime.
