I spent a good chunk of the afternoon dithering about what to do about my cat's food, since the vet is on vacation this week, so I couldn't get any actual advice. He's still puking up the prescription food occasionally, but no worse than the other, so I think I'm going to keep him on it for six months (barring any real indications to the contrary), and THEN bring him back in for weighing and bloodwork and whatnot. Poor boo.

Oh, the '90s. I love you so.
I feel like I missed the '90's. Possibly because for 4 years I worked 40 hours a week and went to college full time and did theatre, followed by 2 years of theatre with a crazy woman and a second job, from which I got fired, had a nervous breakdown, and moved home with my mom, working retail and theatre to make $10K a year.
Pictures that perfectly capture the 90s.
From those pictures:
Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippin, and Michael Jordan
HELLS YEAH.
Wow, those are amazing.
... although the Gap ad isn't too bad, except for the necklace.
So many of those pictures are unfamiliar. My kids were born in 92 and 94 so I think I may have been busy at the time.
Lots of you are friends on Facebook, but if not I think the link to Kayaking Laura will still work. And do the friend request thing we haven't done that yet. [link] The first trip was pure delight.
That's what I thought about the Gap ad, too.
I also really liked the growing-up of Leonardo DiCaprio.
Those pictures are hilarious. Sophia, there's definitely something different about the decade you were a kid in vs. the decade you became an adult in. When I was a kid and they called me Uncle Jesse, they meant the Dukes of Hazzard. When I was working at an afterschool program in college and they called me Uncle Jesse, they meant Full House.
Also, I'm currently watching the American Experience Clinton biography, so am filled with renewed love for early-90s Bill and Hillary, Al and Tipper.
