Glad you're feeling better, and sarameg makes an excellent, excellent point.

And I like that jacket a lot, Consuela. And I agree with Erin about darts.

Cold, kind of crappy fried dough is way worse than hot, kind of crappy fried dough, fy'allsi.

ETA: "Excellent point." x-post.

Oh, meara, ick. I hope you feel better soon.

Do you like the Genius thingie?

I am embarrassed to admit that I almost never use it! Just a few times, mostly I type in what I need.

I ordered the jacket from REI--Zappos had it, and I would have got it faster probably, but it would cost $40 more. I can wait a week. Delayed gratification is good for me!

And now I shall watch TDS and CR.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I swear someone has posted the Batmoose on my FB wall.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's pretty sad that I get a specific self-contradictory image of Batmoose that's generated by entirely too much media consumption and not enough...not enough...something. Good god. But Dean is Batman, not Sasquatch.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I remembered on my drive home that my dream last night involved a pregnant man. AND THAT WAS NOT THE WEIRDEST PART! Science had also discovered a way to make a fetus in the third trimester REMOVABLE from whatever parent was carrying it and attachable to the OTHER parent EXTERNALLY!!!! OMG I have such a clear image of how it was working in my dream and wtf brain.

The idea of a shuriken that missed its target bothers me more than I would have predicted, evidently.

Wait, if there's Batmoose, does that mean there's Robin the Flying Squirrel Wonder?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

That reminds me, the other day I came across this t-shirt: [link]
