I was under the impression that I was your big comfy blanky.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The band Meat Beat Manifesto would now become the even more disturbing Meat Cock Manifesto.

Opens at the Republican National Convention.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hee!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So the aunt who said "forgive her and cure all your illnesses!"? Has heard the her in question speak at the funeral and is now on the side of "Fuck that stank bitch" so that's all nice and tidied away.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am now very curious about what she said.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The key takeaway was that it was all about her, if memory serves, and not her mother.

Trying to motivate to put on outside clothes and get to the pool. Figure I'll have to battle the aqua arthritis people for a lane, fun. Waiting for the coffee to have an effect.

Swouncing

Skipping a bit more, because according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Jon B's birthday.

Happy birthday, Jon! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

Also, I'll use this opportunity to thank you for posting the daily pictures of the Adorable White Baby. He got the ultimate compliment from the DH, when he said, upon looking at some of his most-adorable-and-not-average-at-all pictures, that he reminded him of our very own PiBaby. Just so you'd know.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

My nose will not stop running. So aggrevating.

I have been lazy parenting, which I know why and I do think I needed to turn off mah parent brain. The problem is that the attraction to just staying in lazy place is pretty strong.

Basically our pattern for the last few weeks is that once we are home we head to different living rooms and watch different electronic devices and say only a few sentences to each other until bedtime.

I have not been looking at or signing mac's homework book until the next morning, just as we are headed to school. Too late to address anything and way way too late to see if there was homework to address. I ask about homework, but don't check.

ugh, so of course there was stuff today that I should have seen on Friday and dealt with then. Must engage. Really must have sit down time every night. So sit down dinners and homework review every night is the new goal. Come home, 30 minutes of veg out time while I cook and then things get turned off for at least 1 hour. Pray for me.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

FML. We have an appraiser coming today to assess for a refi, and a chunk of the bedroom ceiling (which was admittedly already damp and leaky) came down after the snow/rain. Patching like the totally incompetent homeowners we are!!
