About all I managed to accomplish this morning was taking a shower and watching last night's Supernatural. But this afternoon I got in 3 hours' work at the office, did my taxes while sitting with my dad, fixed dinner for him, and caught a brief nap. Then off to Lobsterfest for my own dinner where I got the cute waiter for a change, and then back home where I've done a little paper shredding and general picking up.

Oh! Months ago, I'd mentioned to a jeweler at the market (from whom I'd bought a pendant for my mom) that I was looking for silver dogwood blossom stuff for mom. It spiked her interest, and I've been told to check in for the next couple of weeks. She might not make it part of her line, just experiments, but OMG! How fucking cool is that?
Crap, now I can't stop surfing Etsy. Even though I almost never drink beer or anything in a can, I want these [link]
Today was Noah's first baseball practice:
Right on!
I love the name Zed Astaire. Also, that rug is very similar to our living room rug.
Noah is so big! But that helmet is even bigger.
Zed Astaire is hilarious. I think I need to get some serious cat furniture to have anything that will interest my stupid cat more than the sofa does. Stupid cat.
Good luck, meara!
I went out, too! It was reasonably fun.
Noah is the littlest on his team BY FAR. This is a theme in his life. The girls on his team tower over him, as does J, the 6 year old.
That helmet KILLS me.
Noah in his helmet is ridiculously cute.
Zed Astaire is hilarious! He is a happy, happy cat.
Timelies all!
Boskone has been fun so far. Am posting from the filk room.
Noah is adorbs in that helmet!
So we went to the pool and then came home and made chilaquiles for dinner. And then DH went and got fancy ice cream for dessert and brought it home. Sooo tired now.
