Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Very nice, Tom!

My cat has the same last name as me, for the record....

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Great picture, Tom and congrats.

In our heads we're going to hang a curtain there

Liese, a friend did this and she loves the ease of a curtain. My laundry area is the pass through from the rest of the house to the garage, so it is more roomish. It is also the kitty box room and the kitty food room.

In work news, I just finished a call with a PM who LOVED what I had done for her and she asked if she could share it with some collegues. Nice to have the validation. At noon, for the first time in almost 2 years, we are having a team call with our group manager (haven't really had a manager for 2 years). I'm hoping this guy has a clue. PLEASE let him have a clue.

Punishingly Intricate

My next door neighbor's house just got listed for sale and we are having finished basement envy. And, man, I used to cat sit for him sometimes and, he wasn't hoarder level bad but, that place was just stuffed full of crap. I'm pretty impressed they actually got it all out.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Fabulous photo!

My school friend and I once made signs to wear, "impertinent" and something else, because that's what our teacher called us. We didn't get in trouble, so now that I think about it, he must have.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

One of my pictures made it up on Gothamist: [link]

Ha! I just told brenda yesterday she should buy a giant print of that photo and put it up in her living room.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Tom, that's amazing.

Do you do much (if any) post-processing of your photos (other than cropping)? And what sort of a camera do you use for most of them?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Skippy skimming to say:

greening Mardi Gras.

I pitched at Greening the Gras, coordinated an in-kind donation to ARC for their Catch and Release trailer, attended the ball, and was the volunteer coordinator for Verdi Gras. Basically, all up in that shit. And we were actually amazed by how supportive everyone was during our "1 day, 1 parade, 6 blocks" pilot effort, so I say "piffle" to those who say people won't do it.

Scola, took a minute for the photo to load, but I love it! Good for you.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I use Color Efex Pro to give the pictures a simulated film look. I shoot with an Olympus Pen E-P3.
