How is that a problem? The dog will scare the cat away and keep it from leaving presents in your yard.
Not much of a problem, but I do need a dog that gets along with cats and won't go after them, so I have to hope neighbor's cat won't end up being too stupid/territorial to stay out of the yard.
And I do loathe the whole shell-game that goes on with the anti-marriage equality crowd. If a court requires it, it's "judicial activism"; if a legislature passes it, it's "against the will of the people", despite the fact that we live in a representative democracy.
