Coding and Sleeping

Brief history of copyright infringement and campaign songs.

I know this isn't the point of the article, but McCain used an ABBA song?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Thanks, guys.

I've emailed in partly sick this morning. I have a call at 9 that no one can lead other than me, and that can't be delayed any more, and I'm going to try and lie down for half an hour. Right now I feel like I'm going to be useless for even that.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

ita, I'm sorry about the bad news and that you're having a rough morning. I hope your work call is short and painless.

Thrive to spite them

And Palin did it with "Barracuda" and somebody else that I can't recall right now.

Michelle Bachmann used Katy Perry's "Firework" without permission.

She didn't use it in an ad, but she came out on stage to the song at some kind of political rally.

Aunt E's oldest was there with her, at the time. Apparently she slipped into a coma over the weekend and died this morning. Her grandchildren are organising themselves. I should be lying down, but I got caught up in the communicating instead.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm sure all politicians use songs at rallies that they haven't gotten clearance for, but it's the Republicans who are more likely to be at odds with the artists, no?
